A request was presented regarding the proposal to split an existing
parcel (#018-51.39, currently involving 1.71 acres, and create two (2)
separate parcels – one of 1.1 acres and the other of 0.61 acres. This
Parcel (#018-51.39) is located South of ELINOR DRIVE and East of BOAT
LANDING ROAD ( Section 6, T.32N. – R.21E.) Review by the Board noted
that these parcel sizes were compatible with adjacent lake lot sizes.

impacted many of the Town roads. This will result in a delay of the
scheduled paving projects. A concern was addressed regarding the bride
on CAMP 5 ROAD over Middle Inlet Creek, just North of MOONSHINE HILL
ROAD. Routine patching has been implemented, however, after
inspections by the Marinette Co. Highway Dept. and a private

will be scheduled for replacement in the Spring of 2018. The Town
will be eligible for aid for 50% of the cost to replace.

Again, vandals have removed numerous road signs. Wade reminded the
public of the standing reward of $1,000.00 for the arrest and
conviction of the party or parties involved. The Marinette Co.
Sheriff will assist in surveillance equipment.
